Run a council tree contract without the spreadsheets

Contract Operations is for tree businesses holding council maintenance contracts. Bring in the council's works as they arrive, plan the crews, audit the work from the phone and send the weekly and monthly reports, all from one place and all in your own tenant.

Set up each contract its own way

No two council contracts are run the same, and neither are the projects inside one. Each contract is set up to match how that council works.

  • Contracts broken into projects or zones, each with its start date, allowed working days and expected tree numbers
  • Work to customer requests, to time, or to whatever measure the council uses
  • Ground and platform work split, so each crew sees the jobs it can actually do
  • Due dates and service levels kept the council's way

Bring the council's works in as they are

The council's exports go straight in, as CSV, Excel workbooks (older formats included), text or JSON. Re-importing keeps what you already know about each tree, so nothing is typed twice and nothing drifts out of date.

Plan the week, then put it on the board

Crew board

Each truck's days laid out, jobs placed by hand where you want them, and anything the crew flags brought straight back to you.

Week planning

The jobs due this week anchor each day, and the work around them fills in by area so trucks are not crossing town for one tree.

Stumps

Every removal followed through to its stump, with what is still outstanding listed for the grinder rather than worked out from memory.

Audits from the phone

Pre-works and post-works audit samples are set once in settings. TIMBR picks the trees, sends an optimised route to TIMBR Field, and each audit comes back with its photos attached, ready for the audit report.

  • Sample sizes and rules set per contract
  • One route per audit run, in the order you would drive it
  • Traffic management checks handled the same way

Reports in minutes, not an afternoon

Weekly updates, monthly contract reports and audit reports are built from the data already in the Hub, with your logo on them, rather than assembled by hand at the end of the week.

One Hub, whichever licences you hold

Everyone installs the same TIMBR Hub. You will see every module from the first day; the ones you have not licensed sit there slightly greyed out, to look at but not use. Add a licence later and that module switches on over the same records, with nothing to move or migrate.

  • One download for Mac and Windows, one phone app
  • Licences for Consulting, Contract Operations and Domestic Quoting, on their own or together
  • All of it stored in your own Microsoft 365 and SharePoint, never in a database of ours
