How a job will run

1. EnquiryThe job is logged with the client's details and the address.
2. Quote on siteEnter time on site and any travel or gear; the price comes from your own rates.
3. SendA branded PDF quote goes from your own mailbox, with a link the client can open on their phone.
4. Accept onlineThe client sees the work and the total and accepts or declines, and the answer comes back to the Hub.
5. ScheduleAccepted jobs go onto the crew board for the day and truck you choose.
6. Invoice and get paidMark it done, send the invoice and record the payment.

• A sent quote is fixed; any change becomes a new version that has to be sent again

One Hub, whichever licences you hold

Everyone installs the same TIMBR Hub. You will see every module from the first day; the ones you have not licensed sit there slightly greyed out, to look at but not use. Add a licence later and that module switches on over the same records, with nothing to move or migrate.
